In-Stat’s 2008 Next-Generation Network Services survey questioned over 800 respondents from US organizations involved with the decision making, management, or implementation of WAN data services for their respective organizations about their perceptions of four key attributes or capabilities that their service providers do or do not possess.
The four statements regarding the service providers capabilities were as follows:
- Provides quality support and customer care.
- Will provide products and services to meet my future needs.
- Understands and addresses the needs of a business my size.
- Understands and addresses the needs of a business in my industry.
Additionally, in this report, survey results have also been grouped by type of service provider (i.e., leading carrier, cable company, and alternative carrier) and takes a comparative look at how the groups performed in relation to each other.
To provide additional insight, results are further refined and presented based on size of business, providing perspective from both SMB customers (organizations with 50 to 999 employees) and enterprise customers (organizations with 1,000 employees). 目录及图表
